Returns

We offer a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition as received

  • Unworn and unused

  • With original tags attached

  • In its original packaging

  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase

Please note that items sent back without prior return approval will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues

Kindly inspect your order upon receiving it. If your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately so we can assess the issue and make it right.

We conduct quality checks on all orders before dispatch to ensure you receive your items in excellent condition.

Exchanges

To receive your preferred item as quickly as possible, we recommend returning your original item first. Once your return is approved, you may proceed to place a new order.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all order details (including size, colour, and shipping address) are correct at checkout.

For exchanges not due to defects or errors on our end, customers will be required to bear the exchange costs.

You may opt for our exchange service to enjoy a faster exchange process.

Refunds

Refunds will not be issued for orders placed with incorrect shipping details provided by the customer.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you on the status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and reflect the refund.
